Skas Engineering Associates also provide independent services in design, procurement, construction, and project management. Currently, we serve as an Implementation Partner for USAID Pakistan under an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Our expertise lies in offering comprehensive Program Management Services, encompassing design, construction management, and construction services for infrastructure projects across Pakistan.

There are numerous benefits associated with the turnkey concept, including:

• Consolidated responsibility under a single party.
• The potential to expedite projects by streamlining the design and construction phases.
• Changes in design concepts during construction are unlikely to lead to increased costs. In fact, the extensive experience of the project team may result in cost savings for the client.
• The likelihood of claims is minimal, unless there is a change in the scope of work.
• Leveraging previous experience on similar projects allows us to begin certain construction tasks while drawings and specifications are still being prepared.

Based on the project details, we could offer a lump sum fixed price on projects, which ensures that the client knows upfront what the final cost will be.
